Request permanent deletion of your InvestorHub account and associated personal data.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your investor profile, company profiles, and gallery images will be permanently deleted.
- Your community posts, comments, proposals, and messages will be deleted.
- Your subscriptions, NFC card orders, and service requests will be cancelled/deleted.
- You will lose access to all membership benefits, saved data, and platform features.
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes as required by applicable law. This may include payment records, fraud prevention logs, and data required by government authorities. This data is kept secure and is not used for any other purpose.
Processing time: Your request will be reviewed by our admin team. Deletion is typically completed within 72 hours of approval.
