Please read these terms carefully before using the InvestorHub platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the InvestorHub platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not create an account or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes to these terms.
2. Platform Purpose
InvestorHub is a private business community and professional platform focused on Saudi Arabia. The Platform is designed to help investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and service seekers create professional profiles, build company pages, network with other professionals, access business news and resources, request Saudi business support services, and upgrade their membership level. InvestorHub is a platform for business networking, visibility, and support services. It is not a financial advisor, legal counsel, investment broker, or government authority. Information provided on the Platform should not be treated as professional financial or legal advice.
3. User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization.
4. Profile and Company Listing Rules
When creating an investor profile or company profile, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, including your name, business information, contact details, and any descriptions of your services or interests. Profiles and company pages are subject to admin review. InvestorHub reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove profiles or company listings that contain false, misleading, inappropriate, or prohibited content. Verification badges are granted only after successful admin review of submitted documentation and may be revoked if information is found to be inaccurate.
5. Community Posting Rules
When posting in the InvestorHub community, you agree to keep your content respectful, relevant, and lawful. You must not post content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful to others. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. InvestorHub may moderate, edit, or remove community posts and comments that violate these rules or that we believe are inappropriate. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Messaging Rules
The internal messaging feature is provided to help users communicate professionally regarding business, partnerships, and platform-related matters. You agree not to use messaging to send spam, unsolicited promotional material, abusive content, or any communication that violates these terms or applicable law. InvestorHub does not routinely monitor private messages but may review them if a legitimate concern is reported.
7. Membership Rules
InvestorHub offers three membership levels: • Free Membership — basic profile access, basic profile and company visibility, community access, internal messaging, and limited premium features. • Pro Membership — SAR 499 per year (regular value SAR 2,000 per year). Includes premium investor access, contact visibility where allowed, investor and business tools, premium PDF resource books, verified badge support, and an NFC Smart Card included with membership. • Enterprise Membership — SAR 1,999 per year (annual service value exceeding SAR 20,000). Includes all Pro benefits plus one year of Saudi business support services such as MISA, CR, Qiwa, Muqeem, Baladiya, ZATCA, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, Arabic letters, ministry follow-up, and investor support services. The NFC Smart Card is included with Pro and Enterprise memberships and is not sold as a separate package. Advertising services are separate from membership and are not included in any membership plan.
8. Payment and Approval Rules
Paid subscriptions become active only after payment review and admin approval. When you submit a payment receipt, our admin team reviews the submission to confirm the payment. Until approval is granted, your subscription remains in a pending state and premium features are not unlocked. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information, including the correct amount, payment method, and transaction reference. Submitting false, altered, or misleading payment information may result in rejection of your subscription, account suspension, or termination. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where explicitly stated by InvestorHub in writing.
9. Subscription Status Rules
A subscription may be in one of the following states: pending approval, active, rejected, expired, or cancelled. Only active subscriptions grant access to the corresponding premium or enterprise features. Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of their term unless renewed. InvestorHub reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription if a user violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
10. Service Request Rules
Through the Platform, users may request Saudi business support services such as MISA licence assistance, CR registration, Qiwa, Muqeem, Baladiya, ZATCA, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and related government follow-up services. Service requests are processed by our team and may require additional documentation, information, or government interaction. Some services may require admin approval or may be subject to government processing times that are outside InvestorHub's control. InvestorHub does not guarantee approval by any government authority. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed to process their requests.
11. Business Proposal Rules
Users may submit business proposals to other members through the Platform. Proposals should be professional, accurate, and relevant to the recipient. You must not submit proposals that are misleading, fraudulent, or that violate these terms. InvestorHub is not a party to any proposal or business agreement between users and is not responsible for the outcome of any business dealing initiated through the Platform.
12. Content Ownership and User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to InvestorHub, including profile text, images, company information, posts, and messages. By submitting content, you grant InvestorHub a licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Platform for the purpose of operating and providing our services. You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you upload and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party. InvestorHub may remove content that is found to infringe the rights of others or that violates these terms.
13. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the Platform: • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Posting spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotional content • Misusing investor or contact data, including scraping, harvesting, or selling contact information obtained through the Platform • Impersonating another person or entity • Attempting to access another user’s account or circumvent platform security • Using the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful files Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and termination of your access to the Platform.
14. Admin Rights to Moderate Content
InvestorHub reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, reject, or remove any content that we believe is fake, harmful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our rules. These actions may be taken without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
15. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestorHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on connections, profiles, proposals, or information found on the Platform. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
16. Changes to Services and Pricing
InvestorHub may update, modify, or discontinue platform features, services, or membership pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. Any changes to pricing will apply to new subscriptions and renewals and will not retroactively change the terms of an active subscription before its expiry.

18. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your InvestorHub account and associated personal data at any time through the in-app Account Settings page or the public account deletion request page at /delete-account. Upon submission, your request will be reviewed by our admin team. Upon approval, your account data — including profiles, companies, posts, proposals, messages, subscriptions, and service requests — will be permanently deleted or anonymized. Some data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes as required by applicable law. Processing typically takes up to 72 hours after admin approval. You will lose access to your profile, membership benefits, messages, posts, companies, proposals, and services upon deletion.
