However, certain information (such as your name and email) is required to create and maintain your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the InvestorHub platform. Specifically, we use your information to: • Create and manage your user account • Build and display your investor profile and company profile in our directories • Process membership subscriptions and verify payment receipts • Process and fulfil Saudi business support service requests • Enable communication between users, our team, and relevant service staff • Perform admin review and approval of profiles, verifications, subscriptions, and service requests • Maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and detect fraudulent activity • Improve platform features, content, and user experience • Send you notifications, updates, and important account-related communications We do not use your personal data for purposes unrelated to the operation of the platform without your consent.
3. Google Login Data
If you choose to sign in to InvestorHub using your Google account, Google shares certain basic account information with us for authentication and account creation purposes. This typically includes your name and email address. We use this information to verify your identity, create or link your InvestorHub account, and sign you in securely. We do not use your Google credentials to post on your behalf, access your other Google data, or share your Google information with third parties. You can revoke InvestorHub's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.

InvestorHub does not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your information only when it is necessary for the operation of the platform and the services you request. This includes: • Sharing relevant details with our admin and service team to process your service requests, verifications, and subscriptions • Sharing profile and company information that you have chosen to make public or visible within the community • Sharing information with payment or verification partners when needed to confirm a payment or validate a document • Disclosing information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government authority • Sharing information to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of InvestorHub, our users, or others When you publish a profile, company page, community post, or other public content, that information is visible to other users and visitors according to the visibility settings you choose.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over your information on InvestorHub. You can: • Update your profile and company information from your dashboard at any time • Adjust your profile visibility settings (public, community, or private) • Choose which contact and social details are displayed on your public profile • Request assistance with your account by contacting our support team • Request updates or corrections to your personal information Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your InvestorHub account and associated personal data at any time through the in-app Account Settings page (Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account) or through the public account deletion request page at /delete-account. Your request will be reviewed by our admin team. Upon approval, your investor profile, company profiles, community posts, proposals, messages, subscriptions, NFC card orders, service requests, and other account data will be permanently deleted. Some data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes as required by applicable law. Processing typically takes up to 72 hours after approval. 6. Cookies and Analytics
InvestorHub uses basic cookies and similar technologies on our website and mobile app to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the platform performs. This information is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Uploaded documents are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized admin and service staff. Payment receipts are used only for verification and approval purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we continuously work to protect your data and maintain a trusted environment for our community.
8. Children’s Privacy
InvestorHub is intended for business professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors. The platform is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
